Gnista’s second expression has flavor profile like bourbon, only more complex and interesting.
Dry and smokey, with tones of warm spices, chocolate rye and a distinct character of oak barrel.
Just like any smokey spirit. Brilliant on the rocks, mixed with soda or as a base for no/low cocktails.
 
Tasting Notes: A pleasant, sweet wood and slightly earthy aroma on the nose. On the palate, smoky, wood flavors are mixed with a pleasant bitter, sweet and salty bite and notes of rye, chocolate and warm spice.

Ingredients: Water, rhubarb, beet syrup, dried spices & fruit (raisins, oak, rye malt, ginger, black pepper), extracts made from vodka (almond, cinnamon, rosemary, habanero), sea wort, sea salt and distillates from rosemary, clove and cinnamon
