We’ve started with an exceptional whey-based spirit and added an extra level of depth and complexity courtesy of American oak to make something almost bourbony. Beautiful, delicate, kinda brown sugary sweetness on the nose, but with a nice deep woody finish. An initial clean, full mouthfeel is rounded out with hints of wild spice, leather and mineral freshness.
Complex character, velvety body and a super smooth, warming reminder that you’re drinking 50% alcohol.
 
This one comes in tiny batches. Run, don’t walk.
 
Serving Recommendation:
Neat at room temperature.
Pop it in a large aromatic glass and off you go. Or make yourself a little vodka martini with a couple of quality green olives.
