A sparkling cuvée of fermented gooseberries, quince kefir, jasmine tea, woodruff & geranium kvass.
A bright acidity with a heady nose of flowers, honey and ripe fruits. Dry but with multiple dimensions of flavours and a vinous funkiness. It has the uplifting quality of champagne, but with a taste totally unlike anything else.
Ingredients: Gooseberry Wine, Quince Kefir, Jasmine Tea, Geranium & Woodruff Kvass.
