Made in collaboration with Assembly Store. Lightly carbonated, similar to a Pétillant farmhouse gose as it straddles the void between a wine, a tea, and a sour beer. Dry herb, leaf and citron grasses create a balanced mouthfeel whilst a slightly bitter and acidic finish enourages drinkability. Preserved lemon is used to add more depth while dry hopped Citra hops add subtle levels of alpha acid.
